This hands-on 3-hour masterclass is your chance to learn directly from one of the UK’s most exciting baking talents. Guided by Peter, you’ll create a stunning Almond, Ricotta and Strawberry Celebration Cake, picking up professional techniques, tips and insider secrets along the way to bake and decorate your showstopper.
Peter will also deliver a live demonstration of an impressive Croquembouche, sharing the skills behind this showstopping French classic.
Your exclusive experience finishes on a relaxed and sociable note, with time to enjoy some of Peter’s baking – with Peter – over a cup of tea and with an opportunity to chat and ask questions, before heading home with your own beautifully finished celebration cake.

Our one-day workshops and short courses are 16+ unless otherwise specified. Children aged 14 or 15 may attend with an adult over 18.
