Most people like a curry but they come in so many different styles depending on where you are in the world. On this one day workshop we take you through the tastes, flavours and spices of the dishes below and…...
in one day we travel from, Burma, to India, Indonesia and Thailand. Arrive at 9.45 am for coffee or tea whilst you watch a short demonstration and run through the day’s recipes. You will then cook dishes that will be suitable for lunch, which you can enjoy with a glass of wine. We will continue cooking in the afternoon and will prepare more dishes for you to take home and enjoy! Join us for a flavour-packed culinary adventure on our Curries Around the World 1 Class. In this one-day workshop, you’ll discover how spices, aromas and techniques vary across Burma, India, Indonesia and Thailand. After a morning demonstration and coffee, you’ll get hands-on in the kitchen, preparing vibrant dishes for lunch, enjoyed with a glass of wine (or a soft drink). The day continues with more delicious recipes to cook and take home — a true celebration of global curry traditions.

The recipes made on this course contain the following: CRUSTACEANS, SOY, FISH, PEANUTS

This course can be adapted to be suitable for vegans and vegetarians.

Please let us know of any dietary requirements, allergies or special accommodations required at the time of booking. We will be as flexible as possible, when we can, so as to be inclusive to all students but we may not be able to substitute ingredients in the recipes.

We do everything we can to reduce the risk of cross contamination, however we cannot guarantee a completely allergen free environment and therefore our kitchens may be unsuitable for students with severe or life-threatening allergies.

Our one-day workshops and short courses are 16+ unless otherwise specified. Children aged 14 or 15 may attend with an adult over 18.

On the day, the school will be open from 9.30am and the class will begin at 9.45am. The class will be finished by 3.30pm, depending on the course and class size it may finish earlier.
