Japanese Cuisine

At Edinburgh Food & Drink Academy, you will be shown the simple techniques of preparing fish and vegetables for sushi and will have a go at making it yourself. In the afternoon, after lunch, you will have a go…  ...
at other Japanese recipes, which you can take home with you. Typical recipes include: Sushi Grilled Miso Aubergine Pork and Vegetable Gyoza (dumplings) with Dipping Sauce Soba Noodles with Chicken and Leek in Dashi Stock Broth ______ “Well located, well equipped, very comfortable and highly professional. Also I felt that our tutor paced her presentation well, giving plenty of time to see how it’s done, then prep, and cook, whilst always there to offer advice or encouragement. Excellent.” Dave (2024)
