Dishes covered may include: Demonstration Mocha Brownies Vegetable Stock Roast Garlic Aioli Practical Vietnamese Hot and Sour Soup Butternut Squash, Lentil and Lime Curry topped with Non-Dairy Yogurt Marinated Tofu with Chickpea, Tomato & Fresh Herb Salad with Red Pesto Pistachio Biscotti ______ "I liked the variety of the recipes we used. Although my daughter is vegan and I have done some basic vegan cookery the recipes introduced me to some ingredients I hadn't used before. I enjoyed everything we made and thought it was all really tasty. I thought the equipment and ingredients were all well organised and this helped us to keep to our timetable for the day. I very much enjoyed the day and my daughter thought it was a lovely Christmas gift!" - Donna (2024)
