Your evening begins with an arrival glass of wine, beer or soft drink before joining Bernie Collins, former Head of Race Strategy at Aston Martin F1 and current Sky Sports F1 presenter and analyst, alongside Ryan McGarva, former Mercedes AMG Petronas pit crew member & mechanic to seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton, for an intimate 60-minute conversation.

Drawing on years of experience at the pinnacle of Formula One, Bernie and Ryan will share behind-the-scenes insights from the pit lane, discuss the strategy and teamwork that shape every race weekend, and reflect on their careers working alongside some of the sport’s biggest names, including Lewis Hamilton, Sebastian Vettel, Sergio Perez, George Russell and Jenson Button.

Following the conversation, continue your experience in the Academy kitchens. Looking ahead to the forthcoming Italian Grand Prix, you’ll join Bernie, Ryan and our professional cookery tutors to make fresh ricotta-filled tortellini completely from scratch before sitting down together to enjoy dinner in our dining room.

We will be as flexible as possible, when we can, so as to be inclusive to all students but we may not be able to substitute ingredients in the recipes.
