Our professional courses are designed to develop the practical skills, technical knowledge and confidence needed to take your next step in food and hospitality. You’ll learn in our fully equipped kitchens, with expert tuition in small classes and a hands-on approach to learning.
Whether you already know exactly where you want to go or you’re still working it out, our Open Evening is a chance to ask questions, look around and get a better sense of what life at EFDA is really like.
