What You’ll Learn
Throughout the course, you’ll develop confidence in skills including: Steak cooking, Fish and shellfish cook and preparation, quick sauces, souffles, handmade pasta, risotto, desserts, pastry and plating and presentation.
Some examples of dishes made include:
Tomato and basil bruschetta
Twice baked cheese souffle
Bavette steak with bearnaise sauce and bitter leaf salad
Foolproof chocolate fondant
Bakewell tart
Our one-day workshops and short courses are 16+ unless otherwise specified. Children aged 14 or 15 may attend with an adult over 18.
