From comforting classics to sweet bakes and quick, tasty meals, you’ll spend two days getting hands-on in the kitchen with guidance from our teaching team. Learn to prepare everything from spaghetti Bolognese and roast chicken to cinnamon buns, breakfast muffins and a colourful chicken stir-fry.
Along the way, you’ll build confidence with essential kitchen techniques, discover helpful tips to make cooking easier and learn how to prepare dishes you can recreate at home.
