The two-hour demonstration begins at 10.30am, with Colette sharing her tips and techniques as she shows you how to prepare each canapé from start to finish. The recipes are designed especially for this festive demonstration and change each year, giving you plenty of inspiration for your own Christmas entertaining.
At the end of the demonstration, sit back and enjoy tasting the delicious canapés you’ve seen prepared, accompanied by a glass of Prosecco. A lovely way to spend a festive morning and pick up some new ideas for entertaining over Christmas.

The recipes made on this course change regularly, please get in touch with any dietary requirements before booking.
We will be as flexible as possible, when we can, so as to be inclusive to all students but we may not be able to substitute ingredients in the recipes.
We do everything we can to reduce the risk of cross contamination, however we cannot guarantee a completely allergen free environment and therefore our kitchens may be unsuitable for students with severe or life-threatening allergies.

Our one-day workshops and short courses are 16+ unless otherwise specified. Children aged 14 or 15 may attend with an adult over 18.
