History
Since opening our doors in 2009, when we were known as Edinburgh New Town Cookery School, we have been teaching classic and creative cookery to food professionals and enthusiasts from across the world. We are growing into a hub for learning, creativity and industry connection, rooted in the same expertise that has defined us for years.
